Latest battle wounds. Last week, the outside of my biceps were black and blue and looked like I was a victim of some serious domestic abuse.  I had no idea where they came from until I realised it was from running up and down the gym with sleds Still trying to figure these out - I can’t remember getting hit in both knees!!
