Banana and Egg Pancakes
Made these delicious banana and egg pancakes courtesy of Blogilates.
Delicious AND easy to make, requiring only 1 ripe banana and 2 eggs. Mash the banana, add in the eggs, scramble and fry the way you would a normal pancake.
